The promoters have successfully restored the 200-year-old Laxmangarh Fort belonging to a large family, which their grandfather had purchased in 1960 from the Sikar Maharaja. After five gruelling years that involved surmounting the many challenges posed, the place was converted from its few basic living quarters to fully furnished rooms with modern amenities. A central courtyard(chowk), an adjoining garden, swimming pool, and play area had been added to give a contemporary look. The exterior of the fort, however, was left the way it was, in order to retain the fort's rustic appeal.
